QED International Education is a boutique education consultancy that offers counseling and admission services to students aspiring to study in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and other study destinations. Ruchika works with a select group of students throughout the year to provide customized services.
Ruchika has worked as a university guidance counselor with two prominent international IB schools in India- The British School New Delhi and Pathways Gurgaon. She has a strong understanding of the IB and IGCSE systems in addition to the Indian curriculum which has enabled her students to get admission to highly selective universities around the world. At Pathways Gurgaon (2018), she was awarded a certificate of excellence for the outstanding admission outcomes for her students.
Ruchika led Study Overseas Global Pvt. Ltd. for over five years as Director. Under her leadership the company grew to be one of the largest student counseling agencies focused on helping students apply to study at universities abroad.
The British Council New Delhi is the flagship organization for the promotion of Education UK and this is where Ruchika began her career in international education. She was responsible for market development in north India that involved extensive travel to tier 1 and 2 cities to promote study opportunities in the UK. After being promoted to Head-Education UK, she managed the India Country Partnership with over 150 UK universities. Ruchika was responsible for setting up the India Partnership, advising UK universities on market entry strategies and gathering market intelligence.
Ruchika is certified career coach. She successfully completed the International Certified Career Coach Program in 2018 by Career Development Alliance USA and Mindler India. She holds a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Delhi and Bachelor’s in Psychology from the Lady
Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
